Newcourt Retirement Fund Managers Limited is authorised by the Central Bank of Ireland and is approved to act as a Qualifying Fund Managers (QFM) for Approved (Minimum) Retirement Funds (A(M)RFs). The Company received approval from the Central Bank of Ireland in May 2007.

This Company is an associate Company of Newcourt Pensioneer Trustees Limited, which administers pre retirement funds with NRFM administering them post retirement. Between the two Companies they administer assets in excess of €300 million.

The directors of this company are Gerard Keane, Mark Keane, Aileen Cashman and Robert Millard.
